Wireless Charging Function
In the center console: stowage area for the wireless charging function
The wireless charging function may vary depending on the vehicle configuration.
The stowage area for the wireless charging function is located at the center console.
The wireless charging shelf is located in the center console. The shelf comes with a phone symbol to mark the wireless charging feature. On some vehicles, the symbol on the shelf may have a different appearance.
The wireless charging function enables wireless energy transmission by electromagnetic induction over a short distance.
The maximum charging capacity is 40 watts.
The Qi standard enables wireless charging of suitable Qi- enabled mobile telephones.
Consult the operating instructions for the mobile telephone to find out if it is compatible with the Qi standard. The manufacturer of the mobile telephone can provide more information on compatibility.
Always place only one Qi- enabled mobile telephone with maximum dimensions (width x length) of 82\mathrm{mm}\mathrm{x} 169~\mathrm{mm} flat on the shelf for the wireless charging function.
Qi- capable mobile telephones with larger dimensions cannot be charged wirelessly.
Before charging, remove any foreign objects with metallic components such as coins from the stowage compartment and observe the operating instructions for the mobile telephone.
To charge a Qi- enabled mobile telephone, place the entire surface of a suitable mobile telephone flat in the center of the shelf with the display facing upwards. The charging process starts automatically.
If the cell phone is not placed correctly on the shelf or is too large, it cannot be recognized or is not recognized correctly. This interference can be eliminated when a suitable cell phone is used and placed in the correct position.

The device complies with "Wireless Charging (power transmission) Equipment Radio Management Regulation " of China, including the regulation on product quality, electromagnetic radiation and electrical safety.
WARNING
- Do not change arbitrarily the using scenario or conditions and expand the operation frequency range, increase the transmission power, including additional power amplifier.
- It shall not cause harmful interference to other lawful radio services and stations and have not put forward protection requirements from interference of other radiation radio waves. If there is interference to other lawful radio service, shall immediately stop using, and can continue after avoid interference.
- In the area prohibited using wireless charging equipment, please do not use wireless charger.
- If affecting the reception of broadcast services when using wireless charger device, the wireless charger devices should be stopped immediately.
Turning the wireless charging feature on and off
Turning on
- If the wireless charging feature is not activated, the wireless charging feature off icon will be displayed at the top of the infotainment system, click on the icon to select the option to activate the wireless charging feature, you can also activate the wireless charging feature in the system settings of the infotainment system.
The charging icon will be displayed when the phone is charging.
Turing off
You can turn off the wireless charging function in the system settings in the infotainment system.
WARNING
Notifications on the mobile telephone display can distract the driver and increase the risk of a serious accident.
- Always place only one suitable telephone, where applicable Qi-enabled, with maximum dimensions (width x length) of 82 mm x 169 mm in accordance with the specifications on the shelf in the stowage compartment.
WARNING
Metallic objects may become very hot. This may cause burn injuries to the skin and cause a fire.
- Do not place any metal or metallic objects on the shelf for the wireless charging function.

Do not place the value on the wireless charging pad, otherwise the vehicle may not recognize the car value and affect normal use.
Do not place any ID cards, credit cards etc. with magnetic strips or a chip on the shelf for the wireless charging function. The data saved on the magnetic strip or on the chip may become unusable.
