Switching on

Tap the function \boxed{\mathbf{D}} and then the camera \boxed{\mathbf{D}} in the Infotainment system.Or:

Or: engage reverse gear.

Switching off

Tap the menu button \boxed{\mathbf{D}} or the function button \boxed{\mathbf{D}} in the upper area of the Infotainment system.

Or: if Park Distance Control is additionally activated with engaged reverse gear, first disengage reverse gear. Top View also switches itself off if the vehicle is driven forwards at higher speed.
