# Looking For a Parking Space

|
|
|
Infotainment system: Park Assist Plus looking for a parking space
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Infotainment system: selecting a parking space
|
|
|
|
$①$ Number of detected parking spaces.
|
|
|
|
$②$ Start parking procedure.
|
|
|
|
$③$ Change the preferred parking space (blue vehicle) and parking mode ( $\square$ ).
|
|
|
|
Possible parking spaces:
|
|
|
|
- Vertical.- Parallel.
|
|
|
|
1. Tap the $\mathbb{P}$ icon and then the "Park Assist" symbol in the Infotainment system.
|
|
|
|
2. Drive slowly past a row of parked vehicles, paying attention to the traffic. Park Assist Plus automatically searches for possible parking spaces.
|
|
|
|
3. If parking spaces are found, the number of found parking spaces is shown on the $\oplus$ function button.
|
|
4. Park Assist will select a parking space and highlight the vehicle graphic in blue.
|
|
5. Decelerate to a stop, depress and hold the brake pedal.
|
|
|
|
# Changing the parking space
|
|
|
|
Changing the parking spaceIt is possible to change the parking space if several parking spaces on the road are displayed on the Infotainment system.
|
|
|
|
Tap the desired parking space on the Infotainment system screen.
|
|
|
|
A new preferred parking space is displayed (blue vehicle).
|
|
|
|
# Changing the parking mode
|
|
|
|
If the parking mode displayed in the Infotainment system can be changed, the $\oplus$ symbol will be shown at the parking space.
|
|
|
|
Tap the $\oplus$ symbol. A new parking mode is displayed.
|
|
|
|
If the vehicle has driven past a suitable parking space, it will be displayed in the system later. |
