# System Limits of the Driver Attention Monitor

The Driver Attention Monitor has system- related limitations. The following conditions can limit the function of the Driver Attention Monitor, or prevent it from working altogether:

Speeds below around  $20\mathrm{km / h}$  Strong distraction of the driver due to external influences, such as traffic. Strong distraction of the driver by operating actions not linked to the vehicle (e.g. using a mobile device).
