# Synchronising the Vehicle Key
|

|
|
|
||
|
|
If you cannot lock or unlock the vehicle with the vehicle value, synchronise the vehicle value or replace the button cell.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Stand beside the vehicle.
|
||
|
|
2. Press the button on the vehicle value twice in quick succession.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
# Or:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Remove the emergency value.
|
||
|
|
2. If necessary, remove the cover of the driver door handle.
|
||
|
|
3. Press the button on the vehicle value.
|
||
|
|
4. Unlock the vehicle using the emergency value.
|
||
|
|
5. Open the driver door.
|
||
|
|
6. Switch on the ignition.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Please note: to switch on the ignition, place the vehicle value in the drink holder or the stowage compartment in the center console.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
The synchronisation process is complete.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
