# Limits of Interior Mirror Sensor
|

|
||
|
|
In the following situations, the interior mirror sensors may react unexpectedly, delay or not:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- Concealed interior mirror, such as stickers, dirt, or a face that is too close.- Damaged interior mirror, such as broken mirror glass or scratches.- Glare, e.g. due to low sun or light reflections.- The interior mirror is not properly adjusted for the driver.- The driver wears glasses, especially with an infrared filter.- The driver's eyes are completely or partially covered, for example, by sunglasses, wide frames of glasses, mouth and nose masks, long scalp hair or headgear such as caps, headscarves or veils.- For example, strabismus (squint) in the case of driver eye malpositions.

# Functional System Limits

- In addition to the limits of the interior mirror sensor system, the driver assistance system has additional functional system limits.
