# Breakdown Call Service

# Roadside assist.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
When your vehicle breaks down, you can connect to the Roadside Assist Service Center through "Roadside Assist $\mathcal{I}^{\mathcal{I}}$ and the customer service will assist you in dealing with vehicle breakdowns, obtaining relevant information and providing humanistic care.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
You can request professional help through Roadside Assistance when your vehicle breaks down. While making a voice call, the system will transmit some vehicle information, such as the current location of the vehicle.
|

|
|
|
||
|
|
# Roadside Assist
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
The Roadside assist function allows you to seek professional assistance should your vehicle break down. Some vehicle data, e.g. the current location, is transmitted parallel to the voice call.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
# Using Roadside Assist
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
You can call Roadside assist in two ways:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
1. Touch the Roadside assist button in the headliner center console. To make a call via the infotainment system:

|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
The roadside assistance service provides bilingual services (Chinese and English), and the background service center will provide emergency call service in the language corresponding to that of the infotainment system selected by the user.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
# Information Service
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
When you do not know a specific location or are inconvenient to operate, you can search for available charging piles nearby or be remotely assisted through roadside assistance. The customer service personnel will locate the destination and send it to the infotainment system, which will automatically activate the map and navigate to the destination.
